A Mobile Wallet Campaign Through the Eyes of the Consumer

The $3.00 coupon is successfully redeemed and Sarah is happy that she got a deal on a product that she loves. 

Step 5: Updated mobile wallet pass gives Sarah a future offer. 

Later that evening, Sarah notices that her mobile wallet pass has been updated. It no longer features the original “$3.00 off” coupon, but has been updated to a Buy One Get One free offer the next time she shops. Because she had such a great experience with her first coupon, Sarah is excited to receive additional promotions from a brand she already shops with anyway.
